Extended Christmas Returns Policy
At the Alpaca Clothing Company you can shop with confidence. You can be rest assured that every effort is made to give the best description possible for all our products, but we understand that sometimes an item isn’t what you expected and you will want to return it to us. All items purchased as gifts from 31 October 2016 can be exchanged in store until 31 January 2017, all we ask is you have a valid receipt or delivery note and the item is in a resalable condition with the tags still attached. Please remember to inform us of the action you would like us to take on the returns note.
Any items bought on our website that need to be exchanged, please return to us for a refund and place a new order on line.
When will I be refunded?
Mostly all refunds and exchanges are completed the same day we receive them.
Telephone & Web
You have 14 days to cancel your order with us, from the date of receiving the goods. You need to return to us your order in full and at your own cost, we ask that you send your item by recorded delivery and keep proof of posting. The product must be in a re-saleable condition, with all tags and labels attached.
If there is a fault with the item we will reimburse your return postage. Telephone orders can be returned and exchanged for another product or size, an additional postage charge will be required for orders £50 and under.
For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to exchange or refund the following products:
- Pierced earrings unless faulty.
- Socks and hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
